Located in downtown Ottawa, The Met integrates historic allure and modern elegance. The heritage facade of the 6-storey, Art Deco-style Medical Arts building has been incorporate as the lobby entrance.

At the time of construction, this was one of the largest building restorations in the city, and involved the retention of all 3 facades of the office building. The entire floor strcutre of the original building was removed and integrated with a new conrete structure. The units within the new section seemlessly flow into the area of the heritage component.

The brick and punch windows ground the base of the podium and compliment the heritage components. The tower features floor to cieling curtain wall glazing that makes it stand out against the background of surrounding high-rises.
