Located near the shores of the Ottawa River, the Azure is a mixed-use residential tower with three retail spaces fronting onto Richmond Rd. The generously sized 20th floor terrace provides spectaculare views of the river and the Gatineau Hills, with many of the residential units boasting those same stunning vistas. Tremendous effort was put in place to site plan the building to allow almost 100% of units to get a few of the river.
