With views overlooking both Dow's Lake and the Ottawa River, this project features 268 residential units, luxury amenities, and commercial spaces. Served by connections to active transit routes, light rail, and multiple parks, Soho Italia is poised to meet the growing demand for urban housing in Ottawa. The sumptuous, all-black design was inspired by the high-impact refinement of Italian haute couture.
