Planned as two 25-storey residential towers, the first tower was constructed in 2023. Ownership pulled out all the stops in providing a robust variety of interior and exterior amenity spaces, including a rooftop dog park, yoga rooms, lounges, and play areas. The ground floor retail facing Rideau Street revitalizied a underutilized area and will strength the idea of Rideau St as a vibrant main street.
