As part of the redevelopment of the previously existing 2-storey mall, the Metro grocery store and the Rexall pharmacy were allowed to relocate on the new Lincoln Fields site. The Metro chose a central location with ample visible parking between itself and Carling Avenue, while Rexall chose to relocate adjacent to the city sidewalk along Carling. Careful architectural detailing allowed for the established Rexall brand colourway to be worked into the building's exterior fabric.
