The scope of work included the renovation of an existing 10,000 sq. ft. office, showroom and service bay building into a 22,000 sq. ft. flagship store for Mercedes Benz in Ottawa.  The renovated building boasts the largest 2-storey showroom in the Ottawa market allowing the dealership to exhibit every model in the Mercedes Benz portfolio.  Situated on one of the busiest intersections in the City, the design capitalizes on the multiplicity of views onto the site. The two storey glazed showroom becomes a beacon in the night and a high-profile landmark for pedestrians and vehicular traffic alike during the day.  Attention to the detailing of the building was an important consideration and successfully represents the high quality standards of the products and the service that distinguishes Mercedes Benz in the marketplace.
