The Kenwood Ave. Residence sits on a prominent South facing corner lot in Westboro. The contemporary 2-storey structure takes cues from surrounding houses in order to seamlessly intergrate this new residence with the built heritage of the area. The house was designed with a narrow footprint and tall ceilings throughout in order to maximize natural daylighting in the open concept spaces. The large windows and open riser stair also help establish a strong connection to the outside while providing plenty of natural light to help showcase the owners' extensive art collection.
